Tracey Jackson is a managing director, CLO portfolio manager and head of quantitative analytics on First Eagle Alternative Credit’s Tradable Credit team. She also serves on the investment committee of the firm’s Tradable Credit platform. Tracey became part of First Eagle in 2020 upon the firm’s acquisition of THL Credit, which she had joined in 2006. Previously, Tracey was a quantitative analyst for McDonnell Investment Management, where she focused on risk management, market and portfolio research, and performance analysis for new business initiatives, roles in which she continues to be involved. Tracey earned a BA in mathematics and secondary education from Washington University in St. Louis.
