Nadja Marcoz

Nadja Marcoz is senior managing director and head of alternatives business development. She became part of First Eagle in 2022 upon the firm’s acquisition of Napier Park Global Capital. Napier Park separated from Citigroup’s alternative investment arm, Citi Capital Advisors, in 2013. Prior to joining CCA in June 2009, Nadja covered institutional sales accounts at Wachovia Securities. Before that, she covered ultra-high net worth wealth market and institutional sales at Citi's investment bank and credit structured business. Prior to that, Nadja was a product manager for offshore vehicles in London and Switzerland. She started her career at Citi in Sydney, Australia where she was recruited as a management associate. Nadja earned an MBA, cum laude, from Neuchatel University in Switzerland.
