Mohit Bhatia

Mohit Bhatia is managing director and head of alternative product design and development at First Eagle Investments. Prior to joining First Eagle in November 2025, Mohit established and led product development at HarbourVest Partners, where he was ultimately responsible for overseeing execution of the firm’s enterprise strategy. Before that, he held roles at State Street, Gottex Fund Management, Ropes & Gray, and Goodwin Procter. He has over 20 years of experience in the alternative investments industry across product, strategy, structuring and legal. Mohit earned an AB in Economics from Brown University, a JD from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
