Michael Williams

Michael Williams is co-president of Napier Park Global Capital, a leading global alternative credit platform and a First Eagle Investments company. Michael was previously chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Citi Capital Advisors (CCA), which spun off Napier Park in February 2013. Prior to joining CCA in 2007, he helped launch Carlton Hill Global Capital in 2006, where he was chief financial officer. Before that, Michael was a principal in charge of middle office services for credit derivative and structured financial products at Bank of America Securities and a vice president at JPMorgan Chase. Previously, he was a director at Barclays Capital, where he oversaw certain risk management and product control operations with respect to interest rate and credit derivative products. He began his career as a global swap trade analyst for Merrill Lynch. Michael earned a BS degree in finance from Providence College.
