Leslie Schroeder

Leslie Schroeder is director of consultant relations at First Eagle Investments. She became part of First Eagle in 2026 upon the firm's acquisition of Diamond Hill, which she had joined in 2021. Before that, she was a senior director of advisor relationship management at Janus Henderson Investors. She was previously director of national accounts for Henderson Global Investors, national account specialist for Managers Investment Group and client relationship manager for Nuveen Investments. Leslie earned a BS from Duke University and an MBA in finance, marketing and international business from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
