Kevin Beadles

Kevin Beadles is a managing director and head of the ETF business team at First Eagle Investments. Prior to joining First Eagle in October 2025, he was senior director of asset servicing for investment managers at Bank of New York. Before that, he was director of capital markets and president of the OSI ETF Trust at O’Shares ETFs, where he oversaw all aspects of the ETF platform infrastructure, including product and index design, sales, marketing and operational management. Previously, Kevin held senior leadership positions at Wedbush Securities, including managing director of capital markets and a member of the executive management committee. Earlier in his career, he built and managed large-scale trading operations across equities, options, and fixed income. Kevin earned a BA in communications from the University of Arizona.
