Jake Szymczak

Jake Szymczak is a senior associate on First Eagle Alternative Credit’s Direct Lending team. As a credit underwriter, he evaluates new investments, executes transactions and manages portfolio investments. Prior to joining First Eagle in 2021, Jake worked in debt capital markets and leveraged finance at Silicon Valley Bank and was a corporate investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He earned a BS in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University.
