Erin Dillon

Erin Dillon is chief compliance officer of FEF Distributors, LLC and a compliance director at First Eagle Investments. She became part of First Eagle in 2026 upon the firm's acquisition of Diamond Hill. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Erin held various positions at Nationwide Insurance and affiliates including compliance consultant, paralegal specialist retirement plans and structured settlement specialist. Before that, she was a litigation paralegal at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Erin earned a BA in political science from The Ohio State University and a paralegal certificate from Capital University Law School. Erin holds the CFA Institute Investment Foundations® Certificate.
