Debbie Lusman

Debbie Lusman is managing director and head of stewardship for the Global Value team, where she leads the team’s corporate governance, proxy voting and engagement efforts with portfolio companies. Prior to joining First Eagle in July 2004, Debbie worked at Robertson Stephens in institutional equity sales and at Fred Alger Management in institutional marketing. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she held roles in US equity sales, US equity research and asset management. Debbie earned a BA in French from Washington University in St. Louis and an MA in higher and postsecondary education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She serves on the board of UJA-Federation Professional Women and the Associate Board of the Council for Economic Education.
