Caroline Isleib is a research analyst at Diamond Hill, a First Eagle Investments Company. She became part of First Eagle in 2026 upon the firm's acquisition of Diamond Hill. Prior to joining the firm in June 2021, she was with ING Capital where she was an associate and an analyst in trade and commodity finance. Before that, she was an analyst and an associate analyst covering asset-backed securities at Fitch Ratings. Caroline earned a BS in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
