Carmel Saldana

Carmel Saldana is a senior quantitative associate on First Eagle Alternative Credit’s Tradable Credit team, supporting both tradable credit and direct lending investment committees and the portfolio management teams. Prior to joining First Eagle in 2023, Carmel was a performance senior associate at Guggenheim Partners and a portfolio associate at the Mosaic Financial Group. She earned a BS in management engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Carmel holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
