Byron Spivack

Byron Spivack joined First Eagle in June 2011 and is a Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel in the Legal and Compliance Department. Previously, Byron worked at MacKay Shields as a Managing Director in the Legal/Compliance Department. Prior to that, he was Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for Ramius and an associate in the Asset Management Group of a large NYC law firm. Byron received his JD from Fordham Law School and BA from SUNY Albany.
