Brett Kalesky

Brett Kalesky is managing director of alternatives business development for institutional clients. He became part of First Eagle in 2022 upon the firm’s acquisition of Napier Park Global Capital. Prior to joining the firm, Brett was responsible for raising capital for real estate equity- and debt-focused strategies from all major investor categories at Bridge Investment Group. Before that, Brett spent 25 years working at Morgan Stanley across a variety of job functions including sales, trading, product management and capital markets for securitized fixed income products in both New York and London, with the majority of his 25 years spent in London. His most recent role in London included the management of the specialized securitized product sales effort responsible for institutional clients across Europe. Brett earned a BS in finance from Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University.
