Aaron Monroe is a portfolio manager of the Small Cap and Microcap strategies at Diamond Hill, a First Eagle Investments Company. He became part of First Eagle in 2026 upon the firm's acquisition of Diamond Hill. He was previously an equity trader for Diamond Hill. Prior to joining the firm in June 2007, Aaron was a consulting group analyst with Smith Barney. Before that, he was an associate with Duff & Phelps. Aaron earned a BS in finance, accounting and economics, cum laude, from The Ohio State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
