Jolie Schoeffer

Jolie Schoeffer is Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR for First Eagle Alternative Credit . Most recently, Jolie served as the Director of Human Resources for an emerging private equity fund manager where she was responsible for providing strategic human resources leadership. Before that, she worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Eton Park Capital spanning 10 years where she influenced HR priorities and served as a trusted coach and mentor to management and employees on a wide range of issues. Prior to Eton Park, she served as CAO for a start-up distressed credit and asset-based financing fund where she handled all pre- and post-launch strategic HR and operational matters including the wind down and merging of the business with Eton Park. Previously, she was the HR Manager at Moore Capital where she provided HR guidance to the global investment and infrastructure groups. Jolie began her HR career supporting the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs and prior to that in Employee Relations at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Jolie earned her B.S. degree in Mass Communication from Towson University in Maryland.
