Jennifer Wilson

Jennifer Wilson is the chief accounting officer for First Eagle Alternative Credit, responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and accounting obligations for the firm’s publicly traded funds. In addition, she evaluates new product and business opportunities across the platforms, including those related to the firm’s retail initiatives. Jennifer became part of First Eagle in 2020 upon the firm’s acquisition of THL Credit, which she had joined in 2018. Previously, she was the CFO of Four Wood Capital Partners, where she managed all aspects of finance and accounting for the firm while also serving as the principal financial officer and treasurer for its two publicly traded closed-end funds. Before that, Jennifer served in multiple roles at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, including investment banking director in the financial institutions group and business manager for the media, telecom and technology group. She began her career in the assurance and advisory services group at Deloitte & Touche. Jennifer received a BA in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She holds the Certified Public Accountant designation.
