Fernando Freijedo

Fernando Freijedo is a sovereign research analyst on the Global Value team. Prior to joining First Eagle in April 2022, Fernando was a senior associate analyst in the sovereign risk group at Moody’s Investor Service monitoring the creditworthiness of sovereigns and multinational development banks in Latin America and the Caribbean. Before that, Fernando was a country analyst for The Economist Intelligence Unit and an analyst at the Center for Financial Research at Torcuato Di Tella University in Buenos Aires. Fernando earned a licentiate degree in economics from the Catholic University of Argentina and a graduate degree in economics from Torcuato Di Tella University.
